These changes affect both creators and fans, so please take a moment to read the following updates carefully. The following changes will be effective as of Monday, November 11, 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changes to Posting Options for Creators<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Currently, creators have three options when posting content under \u201cRegular Posts\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. For Everyone (Public Content)<\/strong>: This option allows creators to share content that is visible to both subscribers and non-subscribers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. For Subscribers<\/strong>: This content is restricted to your paying subscribers only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. For Specific People<\/strong>: This option allows creators to choose exactly who can see a specific post.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    What\u2019s changing?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    From now on, the \u201cFor Everyone\u201d (Public Content)<\/strong> option under Regular Posts<\/strong> will no longer be available. Here\u2019s how this will affect you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Current Posts<\/strong>: All content that is currently posted under the \u201cFor Everyone\u201d option will automatically be switched to \u201cFor Subscribers\u201d<\/strong>. This means that moving forward, only your subscribers will have access to this content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Future Posts<\/strong>: For future regular posts, creators will only have the option to post either \u201cFor Subscribers\u201d<\/strong> or \u201cFor Specific People\u201d<\/strong>. The \u201cFor Everyone\u201d option will no longer be available in your posting options.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Paid Posts Option Remains Unchanged<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      While the \u201cFor Everyone\u201d option in the Regular Post section will be removed, the Paid Post option \u201cFor Everyone\u201d will remain available<\/strong>. This is great news for creators who want to sell content to both subscribers and non-subscribers. This option allows you to monetise your content for a wider audience, even if they are not subscribed to your profile. Remember to publish your content under the “Paid Post – For Everyone” option if you want it accessible to non-subscribers as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Changes to the Free Content Section for Fans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      For fans, we also want to highlight an important change that will take place on the Search Page<\/strong>. Currently, the Free Content<\/strong> section allows you to browse content that is available to all users, whether or not they have a subscription. However, this Free Content section will no longer be available<\/strong> and will be removed from the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This may disappoint free content browsers, but you’ll still have access to your favourite creators’ paid content. As mentioned earlier, creators can still sell content to both subscribers and non-subscribers using the Paid Post “For Everyone” feature. As long as your favourite creators publish content under this option, you can continue purchasing their content even without subscribing to their profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Additionally, if you want to enjoy ALL<\/strong> the exclusive content your favourite creators have to offer, you can always subscribe to their profile. Subscribing gives you full access to all content posted under the “For Subscribers” option. It\u2019s the best way to enjoy everything your favourite creators have to offer, without restrictions!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Why These Changes?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      We designed these changes to simplify how creators share and fans consume content on EscortFans, creating a more focused experience. Streamlining posting options gives creators clearer ways to monetise their content and engage with audiences. Fans will still access high-quality, exclusive content and can purchase premium content without a subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
